Payment

How do I get paid?

We will pay you via your choice of check or Paypal within 7 days of processing your order.

Who pays for shipping?

We do! Every buyback within the United States gets a FREE USPS shipping label.

Shipping

How do I pack my book(s)?

For single books, we suggest a padded envelope (usually available at the Post Office).

Do NOT use a USPS Priority Shipping box or envelope. The Postal Service charges extra to ship these boxes. If you do ship using a Priority Mail box or envelope, the additional shipping cost will be deducted from your order along with $5 per box for processing.

For multiple books, we suggest a small box with enough padding/packing materials to keep the books from moving around in the box.

Once I receive the quote, when should I ship my book(s)?

You must ship all books within 48 hours of order sumbmission to guarantee the quoted price.
Books not shipped within 48 hours may be subject to price adjustments.

How long are quotes good for?

Sometimes prices can change on a daily basis. Quotes displayed on the site will be locked in for 48 hours as soon as you submit your order.

Bulk Orders

Do you have a quantity limit?

Each book has a different quantity limit.
If you have more than the limit for any given title, please contact us for a bulk quote.

ISBN

What is an ISBN?

An ISBN is a 10 or 13 digit number (either will work) generally found below or above the barcode on the bottom of the back cover of the textbook.

I entered an ISBN, but found no results.

Your book is probably out of edition.
